Steve Thompson - Guitar & Double Bass - Wales

Steve Thompson is the band’s double bassist, arranger and musical director. He is a vastly experienced jazz musician and his sideman duties have led him to work with some of the best players both nationally and from America; including musicians such as Kenny Davern, Mark Edwards, Paul Lacey, Martin Drew, Alan Barnes, Danny Moss and Roy Williams. He has performed at Ronnie Scott’s and most of the major venues and festivals in Britain.
Steve is also highly regarded composer and 2009 saw the world premiere of his “Arundel Suite” at Arundel International Music Festival featuring Bobby Wellins and Christian Brewer.

Terry Seabrook - Piano - United Kingdom

Terry Seabrook studied music at Sussex University with a year scholarship to study jazz at Eastman School of Music, New York. His performing career started in 1985 touring Europe and the Middle East with US jazz singer Joe Lee Wilson.
Since then Terry has recorded and performed throughout the UK with his own Latin group Cubana Bop as well as performing in a variety of jazz groups with UK and US artists.
Terry is very active in music education and appears each year as piano tutor at The Jamey Abersold Summer School. He writes regularly for television, animated film and advertising and has contributed pieces to the new ABRSM jazz grades for piano and to the Trinity/Rock School Popular Piano graded exam pieces.

Alex Eberhard - Drums/Percussion - Austria

Austrian born Alex Eberhard came to live and work in England in 2002 and has since then gained his reputation as a hard swinging Jazz drummer. He has played with many of England’s finest musicians such as Alan Barnes, Bobby Wellins & Jim Mullen at Jazz clubs in the South as well as at some of London’s most respected venues such as “Dean Street Pizza Express”, “606 Club” and “The Bull’s Head/Barnes”.
Alex leads his own formidable Trio with which he has recently recorded their critically acclaimed debut album “Pelican Rising”.

Tony Pancella - Piano - Italy

Performances in many outstanding theatres and jazz-clubs, including many radio and television interviews and concerts all over the world.
Best New Talent in Italy (Rome 1989) in a competition organized by Rome’s most prominent jazz-club: the “Music Inn” and Best New Emerging Italian Jazz Group (Forli’ 1990) along with saxophonist Pierpaolo Pecoriello at the 7th annual Forli’ Jazz Competition.
Basically a self taught musician and a natural talent, his exposure to jazz began very early with performances by his father, a pianist himself; subsequently studied piano in 1981- 82 at the Siena Jazz Clinics, and in New York with James Williams and Larry Willis, two of his main piano influences and mentors.
Collaborations with the some of the finest top international musicians, including Larry Willis, Miles Griffith, Uri Bracha and many others.
