Here are some of the themed harp recitals for 2013.

1/ January 25th -Burns Night - a recital which will celebrate the life and works of the famous Scottish poet Rabbie Burns .

( also available with my Blue Cafe Jazz ensemble - voice/piano/ double bass )

2/ Valentines Night -14th February - a repertoire of Love Songs

( also available with my jazz ensemble )

3/ St Patricks day - 17th March - a repertoire with a mixture from the British Isles- predominantly Irish

4/ V. E Day -May 8th - a repertoire of favourite Songs from the Wartime Era

5/ French Independance Day - 14th July - a repertoire of predominantly French Love Songs

6/ Xmas - a special set of songs/carols of Love and peace throughout December

Otherwise it is a varied set of classical, baroque, traditional and love songs for everyone to enjoy. I’m also available with my flute/harp duo ( see www.uditamusic.co.uk ) and top jazz ensemble ( see jazz section ).

I’m available to travel with my celtic harp or grand pedal  harp throughout the UK - for example-London,Sussex - Manchester- Wales- Glasgow,Edinburgh, Ayr - as well as Europe and  the United States.

Concessions can be negotiated with block bookings !

Harp Solo Press Release

Magdalena Reising is a Scottish born singer and Harp player. She trained at Chichester College and has an BA hons in music from Brighton University. She has composed, sung and played on many CD releases, radio performances and live concerts.

Her solo celtic harp or grand pedal harp provides subtle and atmospheric elegance at special events. Her lovely voice can accompany the delicacy of the harp if required.She is also available for bookings with flautist Udita Everrett in the established flute/harp duo ‘Amara’ -please see www.uditamusic.co.uk for more details.

She plays a wide ranging repertoire from classical to popular works.Below is a list of some examples.Please feel free to make requests .

COMMISSIONS

Magdalena can also be commissioned to compose and record a piece especially for you.The written score can be individually designed in baroque style and the CD can be encased in a hand painted wooden presentation box (by the Polish artist Kamil Klonowski ).You can listen to Vailas Song in the Music Section which was commissioned in this way.
